Zucchini Flower Stew

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1/2 kilos zucchini blossoms
  • 1/2 kilos button mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon

  • Chop the onion and tomato into cubes, sauté them in a pot with olive oil until well cooked.
  • On the other hand, wash the zucchini flowers, remove the stem and crown, and cut them in half. Take the mushrooms and chop them into medium pieces.
  • Add the zucchini flowers, the mushrooms, and let cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Finally, add the chicken bouillon powder and salt.
