1/2 cups tomato purée

Shred the zucchinis horizontally so they will resemble pasta.
Place a little olive oil in a pan and add the zucchinis.
Once they are almost cooked, add the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper.
Let it cook for a few minutes and serve it.
