Zucchini Noodles

This recipe is made for those of us who find it hard to eat vegetables.

  • 4 pumpkins, shredded lengthwise
  • 1/2 cups tomato purée
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

  • Shred the zucchinis horizontally so they will resemble pasta.
  • Place a little olive oil in a pan and add the zucchinis.
  • Once they are almost cooked, add the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper.
  • Let it cook for a few minutes and serve it.
