Creamy Turkey Breast and Cheese Wrap

  • 2 carrots, cut into strips
  • 1 cucumber, with peel, cut into strips
  • 2 stems celery, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cups dressing, ranch
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas, for the burritos
  • 8 slices Virginia FUD® Cuida-t + turkey breast
  • 8 slices Fud® Cuida-T+ manchego cheese slice
  • 4 leaves lettuce, cool

  • In a bowl, mix the carrot with the cucumber, celery, peppers, ranch dressing, mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Warm the flour tortillas on a griddle over medium heat until softened.
  • To assemble, place two slices of FUD® Care-t + turkey breast in a flour tortilla, followed by two slices of sliced Manchego cheese FUD® Care-t +, lettuce and a little of the creamy salad.
  • Close like a burrito, cut in half and enjoy.
