Sausages with Puff Pastry

A rich recipe for a children's party or as a delicious and easy snack.

  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 36 turkey sausage, little
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • ketchup, or mustard to accompany

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Place the puff pastry on a clean surface and flatten with a rolling pin. Cut into 36 squares.
  • With a brush, paint the edge of each square with the beaten egg.
  • Place the sausage on the batter on the other side of the egg and roll up. Squeeze lightly at the end, the egg will help it not to pop when cooking.
  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and serve.
