100 grams chicken
80 grams chorizo
3 Poblano chiles
1 onion
3 tomatoes
2 red bell peppers
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon yellow food coloring
500 grams rice
1/2 teaspoons salt

Sauté the chicken and chorizo in a large skillet or pot.
Toast the poblano chiles on a griddle and peel them.
Add the chiles, onion, tomato, bell peppers, garlic, and black pepper to the pot with the chicken and chorizo.
Dissolve the coloring in half a cup of hot water and add to the mixture.
Once the vegetables and meat are cooked, gradually add the rice into the different spaces.
Once all the rice is incorporated, add salt, cover, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Verify that the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is ready.
