500 grams fava beans, dry
50 grams tomato
50 grams onion
1 clove garlic
30 grams fresh cilantro
water
granulated chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon baking soda

In a container with room temperature water, soak the beans for 30 minutes. After that time, rinse the beans and rinse them 3 more times.
In a pot with water, boil the beans for about 2 hours with a little baking soda to cook them faster and stir constantly to prevent them from sticking.
Chop the tomato, onion, cilantro, and garlic into small pieces and fry everything in a pan with a little olive oil.
Once the beans feel soft, add the vegetables from the pan to the broth, season, wait 20 minutes, and serve in bowls adding a drizzle of olive oil.
