  • In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter, sauté the onion, and carrot for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 2 more minutes. Add the flour and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Add the vegetable broth, broccoli, salt, and pepper, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Blend the previous preparation with the milk little by little. In a pot, melt a little butter and cook the soup for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve the soup in a bowl, garnish with bacon, cream, and croutons.
