Chicken Broth with Spinach

  • 250 grams La Huerta® corn kernels
  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 250 grams mini farfalle pasta
  • salt, to taste

  • Cook the chicken in boiling salted water, let it cool and undo it.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt and a tablespoon of olive oil (follow the package instructions).
  • Thaw Spinach and Elote "La Huerta" in the microwave.
  • In a medium saucepan, boil the chicken stock, add all the ingredients and boil over medium heat for 3 min.
