  • 6 onions, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 100 grams button mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 sprigs celery
  • 4 tablespoons dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 1 can vegetable juice
  • garlic, cut into chunks

  • Transfer all ingredients into the pot.
