1 chicken breast, chicken, cut into pieces and skinless
1/2 cups green bell pepper, chopped into small pieces
1 green onion, medium chopped into small pieces
7 sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped into small pieces
2 cloves garlic, chopped into small pieces
coarse salt
black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoons oregano
2 ounces smoked ham, chopped into cubes
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 cup rice
7 cups water of roses
green olives, stuffed
Preparation

Season the chicken with a little salt and pepper.
In a pot, heat the oil over medium heat.
Add and mix the green pepper, onion, cilantro, garlic, oregano, and ham.
Cook until they are cooked, but not browned.
Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
Add the pieces of chicken, cover them with the mixture, and cook until the chicken is browned.
Add the water and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Add the rice and cook for 25 minutes.
Serve in a deep plate with stuffed olives, slices of pepper, or avocado.
