Chicken Broth in Pressure Cooker

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 liters water
  • 4 carrots, cut into cubes
  • 2 potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 allspice berries
  • 1/2 cups rice
  • salt
  • 1 cube chicken bullion

  • Wash the chicken and cut it into cubes.
  • Fill the pressure cooker to 3/4 of its capacity.
  • Add the chicken, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil for 20 minutes or until the chicken is almost fully cooked.
  • Add the cubed potatoes, diced carrots, and precooked rice. Cook in the pot for an additional 15 minutes until it releases pressure and serve.
