Chicken Broth with Mushrooms

This is a very nutritious recipe, ideal for these rainy days. The rain promotes the growth of mushrooms in the wild, so I prepare this broth during this season; it is very rich and very healthy.

1 chicken, (preferably legs and wings)
2 cups oyster mushrooms
650 grams tomato purée
2 pickled Jalapeño chiles
1 clove garlic
1 pinch cumin
salt
pepper
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 cube granulated chicken bouillon

Bring the chicken along with the mushrooms, all well washed, to a boil.
In the blender, combine the tomato, chili, garlic, a bit of cilantro, the Knorr cube, and cumin.
Add the sauce mixture to the pot with the already cooked chicken and add the rest of the cilantro, season, and pepper.
Cook until it boils and it's ready.
