Chicken Broth with Mushrooms

This is a very nutritious recipe, ideal for these rainy days. The rain promotes the growth of mushrooms in the wild, so I prepare this broth during this season; it is very rich and very healthy.

  • 2 cups oyster mushrooms
  • 650 grams tomato purée 650 grams tomato purée

  • Bring the chicken along with the mushrooms, all well washed, to a boil.
  • In the blender, combine the tomato, chili, garlic, a bit of cilantro, the Knorr cube, and cumin.
  • Add the sauce mixture to the pot with the already cooked chicken and add the rest of the cilantro, season, and pepper.
  • Cook until it boils and it's ready.
