Place the chicken breast on the grill and season with salt and pepper.
In a pot, bring water to a boil to cook the noodles, cooking for 7 minutes until al dente.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters. In a saucepan, add a drizzle of sesame oil and cook the mushrooms
Add the chicken broth. Add the low-sodium soy sauce and let it simmer on low heat
Once the chicken breast is seared and cooked, remove from heat and cut into thick julienne strips.
Add the noodles to the broth with mushrooms.
Cut the green onion into small rings
