Chicken broth is a traditional Mexican recipe, perfect for relieving the raw (hangover), after a night of drinking. The flavor of the hen is much more intense than the flavor that the chicken brings, it is a very rich dish with a homemade flavor.

1/2 onions
2 cloves garlic

3 leaves spearmint
3 potatoes, in squares

Boil water, as this boiling, place the chicken in the water (the chicken cut into pieces).
Add salt, onion, garlic, wait for it to break the boiling point and add the yerbabuena leaves. Wait until the chicken is almost cooked.
Add the potatoes and allow everything to cook (get off the fire).
