White Chicken Broth

Chicken broth is a traditional Mexican recipe, perfect for relieving the raw (hangover), after a night of drinking. The flavor of the hen is much more intense than the flavor that the chicken brings, it is a very rich dish with a homemade flavor.

  • 1 hen, whole
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • 3 leaves spearmint
  • 3 potatoes, in squares

  • Boil water, as this boiling, place the chicken in the water (the chicken cut into pieces).
  • Add salt, onion, garlic, wait for it to break the boiling point and add the yerbabuena leaves. Wait until the chicken is almost cooked.
  • Add the potatoes and allow everything to cook (get off the fire).
