Cold Melon Soup with Yoghurt

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

  • Heat the chicken broth in a pot and add the curry. Let it cook until it boils and remove from heat. Set aside.
  • Blend half of the seedless melon with water and strain to obtain a thick but smooth mixture.
  • Add the yoghurt to the curry mixture and the melon mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.
