Cold Melon Soup with Yoghurt

1 melon
300 milliliters plain yogurt, sugar-free
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup chicken broth , skinless
1 cup water
2 corn tortillas
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt , and black pepper to taste

Heat the chicken broth in a pot and add the curry. Let it cook until it boils and remove from heat. Set aside.
Blend half of the seedless melon with water and strain to obtain a thick but smooth mixture.
Add the yoghurt to the curry mixture and the melon mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.
