500 grams corn with poblano slices La Huerta
1/4 onions, chopped
4 cups cow's milk
2 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
tortilla chips, in thin strips
grated cheese, (asadero or chihuahua)

Thaw the Corn with Poblano Rajas “La Huerta” in the microwave.
Heat a medium pot over medium heat with a little oil and sauté the onion.
Pour in the milk and cook until it boils.
Add the chicken broth and mix.
Add the Corn with Rajas “La Huerta”, mix and cook until it comes to a boil again.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot and use the tortilla chips and cheese as a garnish.
