  • Thaw the Corn with Poblano Rajas “La Huerta” in the microwave.
  • Heat a medium pot over medium heat with a little oil and sauté the onion.
  • Pour in the milk and cook until it boils.
  • Add the chicken broth and mix.
  • Add the Corn with Rajas “La Huerta”, mix and cook until it comes to a boil again.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot and use the tortilla chips and cheese as a garnish.
