2 cups peas, tender
6 pumpkins
1 bunch peppermint, fresh
2 cups water
1/2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 onions, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil

In a large pot, heat the oil and sauté the chopped onion until it becomes translucent.
Add salt, pepper, and mint, and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the peas and chopped pumpkin along with the water and boil until the vegetables are well cooked.
Place the soup in the blender and blend well.
Return the soup to the pot, add the cream, and heat it up.
