2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch asparagus, washed and cut into thirds
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoons white pepper, ground
1 tablespoon butter
12 shrimp, peeled, cleaned
1 tablespoon thyme, finely chopped
2 pinches salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
4 tablespoons sour cream
8 leaves basil, washed and disinfected

Melt the butter in a medium pot. Sauté the onion, garlic, and asparagus for 10 minutes.
Blend the sautéed asparagus, cream, and milk in a blender.
Return the mixture to the pot over low heat, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Melt the butter in a medium skillet. Fry the shrimp for 5 minutes or until cooked. Add the thyme, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
For assembly: serve the asparagus cream in a deep plate, add 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 3 shrimp, and garnish with basil leaves.
