1 sprig celery
1 clove garlic
1/8 white onions
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 cups cow's milk
250 grams Brie cheese
1/4 cups sour cream, sweet
1/2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

Blend 1/4 cup of water with the celery, onion, and garlic.
Melt the margarine with salt and sauté the previous mixture until fully cooked.
Add the cornstarch to form a smooth paste. Pour in the milk and mix vigorously with a whisk.
Add the cheese in pieces and wait for it to melt, incorporate the cream and Knorr® Suisse Chicken Broth.
