Brie Cheese Cream

  • 3 teaspoons margarine
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 white onions
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 250 grams Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, sweet
  • 1/2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Blend 1/4 cup of water with the celery, onion, and garlic.
  • Melt the margarine with salt and sauté the previous mixture until fully cooked.
  • Add the cornstarch to form a smooth paste. Pour in the milk and mix vigorously with a whisk.
  • Add the cheese in pieces and wait for it to melt, incorporate the cream and Knorr® Suisse Chicken Broth.
