Broccoli Cream with Celery

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • salt , and pepper to taste

  • Cut the broccoli, celery, and onion into pieces.
  • Heat the water until it boils, add the chopped vegetables and garlic, and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Blend the vegetables with the water and pour into the butter, add the evaporated milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat until it's about to boil.
