1 broccoli
1 sprig celery
1/2 onions
1 liter water
2 garlic
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 can evaporated milk
salt , and pepper to taste

Cut the broccoli, celery, and onion into pieces.
Heat the water until it boils, add the chopped vegetables and garlic, and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Blend the vegetables with the water and pour into the butter, add the evaporated milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat until it's about to boil.
