  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 2 cups Poblano chile strips, cut into strips
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 1/4 cups Poblano chile strips, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups corn kernels, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups corn tortillas, in strips, fried, for decoration
