1 tablespoon Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
2 tablespoons leek, sliced
1 potato, cooked and cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 teaspoons garlic, dehydrated, in pieces
1 envelope Knorr® four cheese seasoning
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Melt the Margarina Primavera® in a saucepan and sauté the leek with the potato. Pour in the water and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Blend the above with the cream and garlic. Return to the saucepan and when it starts to boil, add the contents of the Knorr® Sabores Cuatro Quesos packet.
Let it boil for 1 more minute. Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
