Four Cheese Potato Cream

  • 1 tablespoon Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 2 tablespoons leek, sliced 2 tablespoons leek, sliced

  • 1 envelope Knorr® four cheese seasoning

  • Melt the Margarina Primavera® in a saucepan and sauté the leek with the potato. Pour in the water and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
  • Blend the above with the cream and garlic. Return to the saucepan and when it starts to boil, add the contents of the Knorr® Sabores Cuatro Quesos packet.
  • Let it boil for 1 more minute. Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
