Healthy Broccoli Cream

A very easy recipe to prepare, I invite you to try making it. A rich broccoli cream is delightful.

  • 5 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 broccoli
  • chicken stock
  • salt
  • pepper
  • whipping cream
  • mint leaves , for presentation

  • Place 2 tablespoons of butter, cook for 5 minutes, add chopped onion. Let it brown for 5 more minutes.
  • Wash the broccoli, add it to the pot, and cook over low heat until golden.
  • Then apply the chicken broth, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let it cook for approximately 30 minutes until the broccoli is fully cooked, then add heavy cream, and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Serve your delicious broccoli cream with some mint leaves for a divine presentation.
