Lettuce cream with beet

  • 1 Eva® French Hydroponic Lettuce
  • 2 cups beet, cooked, peeled, and quartered
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for cooking
  • 1/4 cups pistachio, toast
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, toast
  • 1/4 cups almonds, toast
  • 1/4 cups queso fresco, crumbled
  • Eva® French Hydroponic Lettuce, for accompaniment

  • Blend French Hydroponic Lettuce Eva®, beet, cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper on medium speed until you achieve a smooth and lump-free mixture.
  • Melt butter in a pot, pour in the previous preparation, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the beet cream in a deep plate, decorate with pistachios, walnuts, almonds, and fresh cheese, and accompany with French Hydroponic Lettuce Eva®.
