1/4 kilos button mushrooms, sliced
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon flour
chipotle chile
1 can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons unsalted butter

Place the butter in a saucepan, add garlic and onion until they are transparent.
Add the mushrooms, walnut, flour, evaporated milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chiles. Cook, stirring continuously, for 5 minutes.
Let cool and blend. Pour the mixture into a hot saucepan and cook for 10 more minutes.
