Mushroom Cream

With this recipe, you can prepare a delicious mushroom cream. You can make it for your daily meal or a special dinner.

  • 3 teaspoons margarine, with salt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons onion, chopped
  • 3 cups portobello mushroom
  • 1 envelope Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups cow's milk

  • Melt the salted margarine in a medium pot, sauté the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
  • Add the portobellos and cook until they soften.
  • Mix the cream of mushroom with 1 cup of water and incorporate it into the portobellos.
  • Pour in the remaining water and milk. Reduce the heat and let it boil, stirring constantly.
  • Serve hot for any occasion.
