Mushroom Cream with Chicken

  • 400 grams button mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose wheat flour
  • 20 grams vegetable butter
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 200 grams chicken breast, shredded

  • Cook the potatoes.
  • Peel and wash the mushrooms.
  • Cook the mushrooms with the potatoes.
  • In a skillet, put the flour with the oil until it browns, and then gradually add the chicken broth.
  • Let it cook for 15 minutes, and then add the potatoes, chicken, and mushrooms.
  • Add everything to the blender and blend until you achieve a thick consistency.
  • Heat in a saucepan for 10 minutes, and it's ready.
