400 grams button mushrooms
1 tablespoon all-purpose wheat flour
20 grams vegetable butter
2 potatoes
1 pinch table salt
1 liter chicken broth
200 grams chicken breast, shredded
Preparation

Cook the potatoes.
Peel and wash the mushrooms.
Cook the mushrooms with the potatoes.
In a skillet, put the flour with the oil until it browns, and then gradually add the chicken broth.
Let it cook for 15 minutes, and then add the potatoes, chicken, and mushrooms.
Add everything to the blender and blend until you achieve a thick consistency.
Heat in a saucepan for 10 minutes, and it's ready.
