Nut Cream

This is the best cream you will ever taste in your life. If you want to impress your guests, don't think twice and prepare it. Its flavor is truly spectacular and the presentation is beautiful.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® beef bouillon, granulated
  • 1/4 cups walnuts
  • 1/4 cups almonds
  • 1/4 cups hazelnuts, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 cups onion, in medium cubes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch
  • 1/2 cups water

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the Primavera Chantilly® Salt-Free margarine and sauté the onion and garlic.
  • Add the nuts and mix them well with the onion and garlic. Cook for a few seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Blend the contents of the saucepan with the milk, return to the saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Add and dissolve the tablespoon of Knorr® Beef Flavor Broth and the ground nutmeg.
  • Dissolve the Maizena® cornstarch in the water, pour it in and mix it into the cream. Let it boil to thicken. Remove from heat and serve hot.
