This recipe is from the family; my maternal grandmother used to make it, and my mother had to pirate it because she didn't want to share it. This is a delicious oyster cream that you will love.
In a pot, melt the butter
finely chop the onion and parsley
sauté them together in the butter
add the milk and wait for it to boil
drain the oysters (reserve the water they come in)
dissolve the cornstarch in the cup of oyster water
as soon as the milk comes to a boil, add the cornstarch
once it thickens, add the oysters
season with salt and pepper
place it in the center of the table and sprinkle a little nutmeg on top
