  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 8 canned corn kernels, baby
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 teaspoons panela cheese, grated (for garnish)

  • Pour the can of Campbells® poblano pepper cream into a small pot and heat over medium heat. Add the water, milk, and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a small pan over high heat and fry the corn for 4 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
