Pressed Cream

  • 150 grams pork rinds, pressed in cubes

  • Heat the oil to sauté the onion and garlic.
  • Add the tomato and let it cook for a few minutes. Add the pressed chicharrón in cubes and let it cook for approximately 3 minutes over medium heat.
  • Put the cup of chicken broth along with all the sautéed ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add the cream cheese and the can of Herdez® Poblano Chili cream until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Return to the pot to heat, serve in bowls, and you can garnish with pasilla chili and fried tortilla, accompanied by pieces of avocado. Simply delicious?....Try it!
