Pumpkin and Mushroom Cream

You just need to blend all the ingredients to get a delicious homemade cream of zucchini and mushrooms that you can enjoy any day of the week.

  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 4 zucchinis, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups button mushrooms, cleaned, halved
  • 5 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 árbol chile
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 white onion, cut into large squares

  • Sauté the onion in the oil until translucent. Add the zucchini and stir for a couple of minutes. Add the mushrooms and chili, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Blend the mixture of vegetables with the milk very well. Strain if desired. Return to the heat, dissolve the Knorr® Beef Flavor Broth and boil for approximately 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
  • Serve hot.
