Pumpkin Cream with Spinach

Prepare a delicious soup with an amazing presentation to start a meal.

  • 1 package Singles® Manchego cheese slice
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 cup spinach, clean
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 140 Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • chicken bullion, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • CUT the zucchini into medium cubes.
  • SAUTE the onion in the oil, add the zucchini and spinach, and sauté for a few minutes until soft.
  • ADD the chicken broth and finish cooking.
  • BLEND with a bar of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and with 4 slices of manchego-style Singles Cheese.
  • RETURN to the heat and season with chicken bouillon powder to taste.
  • SERVE each plate with a slice of manchego-style Singles Cheese.
