Spinach and Asparagus Cream

I present to you my winning recipe for a delicious spinach and mushroom cream. One day I didn't know what to cook and I came up with this tasty cream. It's perfect for a very cold day. You can cook it in no time.

  • 1 can sour cream, Herdez® Asparagus 1 can sour cream, Herdez® Asparagus
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 teaspoon butter 1 teaspoon butter
  •  salt, to taste salt, to taste
  •  pepper, to taste pepper, to taste

  • Finely chop the spinach.
  • In a pot, add the butter and spinach. Once well cooked, remove from heat.
  • Add the spinach to a blender. Incorporate the cream of asparagus and blend perfectly.
  • Heat in the pot where you cooked the spinach.
