I present to you my winning recipe for a delicious spinach and mushroom cream. One day I didn't know what to cook and I came up with this tasty cream. It's perfect for a very cold day. You can cook it in no time.

1 can sour cream, Herdez® Asparagus
1 bunch spinach
1 teaspoon butter
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preparation

Low
Finely chop the spinach.
In a pot, add the butter and spinach. Once well cooked, remove from heat.
Add the spinach to a blender. Incorporate the cream of asparagus and blend perfectly.
Heat in the pot where you cooked the spinach.
