  • 3 tomatoes, boiled
  • 1/2 onions, boiled
  • 2 garlic cloves , boiled
  • 2 guajillo chiles, hydrated and seedless
  • 2 pasilla chiles, hydrated and seedless
  • 1 cup Lala® sour cream
  • 1/2 cups Lala® panela cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 corn tostadas
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 sprig epazote
  • corn tortilla strips , fried
  • avocado, cubed
  • pork rinds
  • pasilla chile, sliced, golden
  • Lala® sour cream
  • Lala® panela cheese, cubed

  • Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, chilies, corn tostadas, chicken broth, Lala® Sour Cream, and Lala® Panela Cheese until you obtain a homogeneous sauce.
  • Heat the oil in a pot, pour in the sauce and sauté for a few minutes.
  • Add a sprig of fresh epazote and cook for 15 more minutes.
  • Serve the soup and garnish with corn tortilla strips, avocado cubes, pork rinds, Lala® Panela Cheese, Lala® Sour Cream, and golden pasilla chili.
