  • 6 ears corn, kernels
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • salt

  • Remove the kernels from the corn, grind them, and pass them through a strainer.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the ground and strained corn.
  • Add a little water, season with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer until the corn is cooked.
  • If it becomes too thick, add a little more water. Turn off the heat and add the evaporated milk.
