1 can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
salt

Remove the kernels from the corn, grind them, and pass them through a strainer.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the ground and strained corn.
Add a little water, season with salt and pepper.
Simmer until the corn is cooked.
If it becomes too thick, add a little more water. Turn off the heat and add the evaporated milk.
