Dry Noodles

This recipe is a delicious dry noodle soup to start eating. Serve it with cheese to create a good combination. You can garnish with a parsley leaf.

  • 1 package fideo pasta, dry, preferably in a skein
  • canola oil, as needed
  • 6 fresh tomato
  • 1/3 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup bean broth
  • 1 árbol chile
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, crumbled
  • parsley
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 guajillo chile, fried

  • In hot oil, brown the noodles while stirring continuously.
  • Drain it on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
  • Place it in the same pot and set aside.
  • Blend the tomato with the onion, garlic, and bean broth. Add this mixture to the noodles.
  • Lower the heat and wait for it to absorb all the liquid.
  • Serve the dry noodles accompanied by cream, cheese, and avocado to taste.
  • If you wish, serve it with slices of dried chili.
  • You can garnish with a parsley leaf.
