1 liter Del Fuerte® seasoned tomato sauce
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cups white wine
1 sprig thyme
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
6 slices Manchego cheese
bread, to accompany

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Blend the Del Fuerte® Seasoned Tomato Puree with sour cream, white wine, and thyme.
In a saucepan, heat the butter, add the garlic, pour in the previous preparation, and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Pour the soup into a deep plate, add the manchego cheese, and broil for 5 minutes.
Serve hot, accompanied by bread.
