Green Soup

  • 200 grams elbow pasta
  • 5 serrano chiles
  • 2 bell pepper
  • 225 grams table cream
  • 11 grams chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 avocado

  • Heat water with a little salt, when it boils add the soup.
  • Strain the soup and let it cool.
  • For the sauce: Wash and roast the whole green chiles.
  • Remove the burnt skin and take out the seeds.
  • Blend the green chiles, the half cream, the seasoning, the salt, the bell pepper, and the avocado.
  • Pour and mix the sauce with the soup.
