Cut the lettuce into strips or julienne. Cut the tomatoes or blend them as preferred.
Sauté the onion with the bacon cut into small cubes.
Bring two liters of water to a boil, add the tomato, chicken bouillon powder (to taste), and the lettuce, and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the fried bacon and onion.
