Cut the lettuce into strips or julienne. Cut the tomatoes or blend them as you prefer.
Sauté the onion with the diced bacon.
Bring the two liters of water to a boil, add the tomato, the chicken broth powder (to taste) and the lettuce, boil over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the fried bacon and onion.
