Wash the leek very well, dry it, and cut it into pieces.
Cut the broccoli into pieces including the stem. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil, add the leek, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the broccoli and sauté for 2 more minutes.
Add the broth and bring to a boil, partially cover the saucepan, and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft when pierced with a sharp knife.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before blending in a blender or food processor until smooth, then return to the saucepan.
Reheat over medium heat and add salt and pepper.
Serve in deep plates and garnish with a little yogurt and chives. Serve immediately.
