Macaroni with Grilled Chicken

  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, seedless

  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 4 chicken breasts, cleaned, skinless and boneless
  • 3 1/2 cups water, hot, 800 ml
  • 1 box Coditos with La Moderna® cheese
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnish
  • chile flakes, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix the oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; add the olive oil and whisk with a balloon whisk until well combined.
  • Brush the chicken with the olive oil preparation and then grill on a pan for 12 minutes. First heat to high temperature and then lower to medium. Set aside.
  • Cut the chicken into thick strips.
  • For the Macaroni with La Moderna® cheese, bring 3 ½ cups of water (800 ml) to a boil in a pot, pour in the pasta, the cheese packet, and stir; let it boil uncovered for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve the macaroni and add the chicken, sprinkle with chili flakes.
