Mushroom Rice Soup

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups green beans, precooked
  • 1/2 cups potato , cooked and cut into medium cubes
  • 1 cup oyster mushrooms, cut into medium pieces
  • 200 grams rice, washed and drained
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 liter chicken broth , Campbells®

  • Heat the butter in a small pot over low heat, add the green beans, potatoes, mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the rice, the Campbells® chicken broth, season, and cook for 15 minutes on low heat until the rice is cooked.
