  • 1/2 cups peas, clean
  • 1 cup purslane, clean and stemless
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, deveined, skinned, and cut into thin strips

  • Prepare Knorr® Noodle Soup following the instructions on the package.
  • After 5 minutes of cooking, add the peas, cheese, and red bell pepper. Increase the heat to bring it to a boil and cover. Lower the flame and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Add the purslane to the soup and finish cooking for 2 more minutes.
