1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
4 nopales, cut into strips
1 tablespoon epazote, powder
1/2 cups tomato purée
3 cups Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, dissolved in water

2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 cup red beefsteak tomato, seedless, in small cubes
1 pasilla chile, grilled, sliced
leaves epazote, washed and disinfected, for garnish

Heat a pot over medium heat, add the oil, garlic, and onion. Sauté until golden and add the nopales.
Add the epazote and mix. Incorporate the tomato puree and broth, and let it boil for 15 minutes.
Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and simmer over low heat for 5 more minutes.
Serve hot. Accompany with tomato (jitomate), pasilla chili, and garnish with fresh epazote leaves.
