300 grams nopal
500 grams oyster mushroom
300 grams tomato
1/4 onions, chopped
1 sprig epazote
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chicken bullion

Chop the nopales and cook them with salt and a wedge of onion in a little water; chop the tomato and the mushrooms.
Fry the onion in a little olive oil, when it becomes transparent, add the tomato and then the mushrooms.
Remove the onion skin from the nopales and drain them, rinsing to remove the viscosity.
Finally, add the nopales, cups of chicken broth, and when it starts to boil, add the epazote leaves.
Let it cook for five more minutes and it’s ready!
