Nopales Soup with Mushrooms

Delicious nopales soup with mushrooms, this nopales soup is my favorite, prepare it and see why it is so rich and nutritious.

  • 500 grams oyster mushroom

  • Chop the nopales and cook them with salt and a wedge of onion in a little water; chop the tomato and the mushrooms.
  • Fry the onion in a little olive oil, when it becomes transparent, add the tomato and then the mushrooms.
  • Remove the onion skin from the nopales and drain them, rinsing to remove the viscosity.
  • Finally, add the nopales, cups of chicken broth, and when it starts to boil, add the epazote leaves.
  • Let it cook for five more minutes and it’s ready!
