Pasta Soup with Tomato and Cheese

This pasta recipe with tomato and cheese sauce is ideal for babies aged 7-12 months. The recipe is rich in vitamin C and vitamin E and is very easy to eat.

  • 1/2 cups tomato , finely chopped or pureed
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot , peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 leaf basil
  • 4 tablespoons pastita of letters

  • Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Lightly sauté the onion and carrots for 5 minutes.
  • Add the basil, tomato, and water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add the cheese, and mix well.
  • In a small pot, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Place the tomato sauce with cheese in the blender and puree. Mix with the pasta and let it cool slightly before serving.
