This pasta recipe with tomato and cheese sauce is ideal for babies aged 7-12 months. The recipe is rich in vitamin C and vitamin E and is very easy to eat.

1/2 cups tomato , finely chopped or pureed
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Manchego cheese, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 carrot , peeled and finely chopped
1 leaf basil
4 tablespoons pastita of letters

Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Lightly sauté the onion and carrots for 5 minutes.
Add the basil, tomato, and water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, add the cheese, and mix well.
In a small pot, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Place the tomato sauce with cheese in the blender and puree. Mix with the pasta and let it cool slightly before serving.
