Something hot and delicious for these rainy days. This rich, warm, and brothy soup will comfort you on these days. It’s a very tasty combination with a homely flavor that you can’t miss.
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Preheat the skillet, once ready sauté the bacon along with the onion until it changes color. At that moment, add the garlic.
Add the vegetables to the previous cooking and sauté them.
Meanwhile, in another pot, prepare the pasta until it is al dente (cook in water with oil, salt, and a bay leaf).
Once the vegetables are crispy, add the broth, cinnamon, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Once the broth has boiled, add the beans and ham.
On the other hand, once the pasta is al dente, drain it in a bowl and add olive oil so it doesn't stick.
Adjust the seasoning of the soup. You can add the pasta to the broth at this moment or to the plate when serving.
