Broth-like Soup with Panela Cheese

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 onions
  • 5 cups chicken broth, (divided)
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 package La Moderna® gears pasta, 200 g
  • 1/2 cups carrot, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups peas
  • 1 cup panela cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups tortillas, cut into strips and fried
  • 1 avocado, cut into pieces
  • lime, for garnish

  • Blend the tomato with garlic, onion, chicken broth, cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a pot, heat the oil and fry the La Moderna® gear pasta until golden brown. Then add the previous preparation and the carrots.
  • Once it reaches a boil, cook for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender, and add the peas and set aside.
  • Serve the soup in a deep plate with panela cheese, fried tortillas, and avocado.
