Chicken Soup to Go

This delicious and easy chicken soup is perfect to prepare a day in advance and have it ready to take to work or when eating out. Besides being tasty, you just need to add hot water and it will be ready to eat.

  • 1/4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 100 grams soup, instant
  • 1 zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup water

  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
  • Place the instant soup in a glass jar with a lid, followed by the zucchini, bell peppers, chicken, spinach, and finish with the granules. Close.
  • Add boiling water and let it sit for 5 minutes, enjoy.
